Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised (Proverbs 31:30). Women have a special place in the eyes of God. Only faith in the living Word of God can fulfill our unique needs. 

       Women of Faith is an outreach program of Redemption Church of Christ. It meets on Thursdays at the local YWCA. Its aim is to draw women to Christ through the knowledge of the Word of God. Our comfort is in the Word of God: For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope (Romans 15:4). 

       At each gathering, a woman of faith taken from the Bible is highlighted and principles are emphasized: overcoming faith, perseverance, fortitude, loyalty, bearing under our trials. These faith-building messages, coupled with personal testimonies of overcoming life’s trials will edify you to spiritually fight the good fight of faith. No matter what obstacles lay in your way, you will find the strength to persevere and fulfill your calling in Christ.
