Founded in 1979, Redemption Christian Academy has a solid history of working with youth. By providing an opportunity for students to refocus academically and build character, students desiring change often find success at RCA. As one of four remaining historically African American boarding schools, RCA has produced graduates of diverse ethnic backgrounds. Our motto is: RCA is more than a school; it's preparation for life.
Redemption Christian Academy’s objective is to provide an environment conducive to learning. Our mission is to develop excellence by transforming our students spiritually, academically, and athletically. An emphasis is placed on pride, self-esteem, and benevolence, teaching students to be problem solvers and standard-bearers in their communities.
